Do I have to have PatientCentre (PAS) training before I can use PPM+ and the eWhiteboard?

Patient Centre (PAS) is the primary system for Admissions, Discharges and Transfers (ADT) which automatically populates the eWhiteboard with patient name, Consultant, Specialty and length of stay. All ward teams will need to ensure that they have a member of staff on each shift that is able to update ADT in PatientCentre, so that this information will be visible on the eWhiteboard. Where needed, PAS training is available via the IT Training Team and the Training Interface.

To change admission information that you cannot update directly in PPM+, such as the wrong consultant or extra patients, you will need to amend the admission information in PatientCentre (PAS).
